Raw material processing

Rice straws are made from 100% natural ingredients such as rice flour, cassava starch. The color of rice straws is created from various natural grains, vegetables, and fruits such as black rice, red rice, butterfly pea flower, turmeric, cocoa, pandan leaves,... The rice and cassava raw materials are finely ground, filtered, and dried to extract rice and cassava starch. Then, rice flour, cassava starch, and vegetable powder are mixed in certain proportions with water by specialized mixing machines until a smooth paste is obtained. The smoothness of the paste is a very important factor determining the structure and durability of rice straws.

Straw molding

After molding, the straws will be heated at a temperature of 80 - 120°C to eliminate harmful fungi and bacteria such as Salmonella, Aspergillus, E.coli,...

Straw cutting

Cold drying Rice straws are placed on racks and put into a cold drying chamber at a temperature of 45 - 80°C for about 2 hours. Product inspection and packaging After cold drying, the straws are taken out to check quality, moisture content, and durability to ensure there are no bending, cracking, or other defects on the straws.
